Kelly Point Partners

 
 
Lawrence Kelly was a pirate and a smuggler, a man who plied the waters between Canada and the United States transporting bootleg liquor, opium, and cheap Chinese labor. 


The point named after him is located on the southwest corner of Guemes Island, one of the easternmost islands of the San Juan archipelago in Washington state.
